The russian DC·3 have more of 1000 modifications over the original model, I don't remember the original name(Il2 or Il4 or something similar) but includes more powerfull engines and anti-freeze sistems. The question is why go to Russia from Sweden or "viceversa" in the Could War?

The Russian version was called Li-2.

And there were many reasons (for a few people) to travel from Moscow to Stockholm or in the opposite direction in 1940.
